The Coolant 'H' Pipe that fits through the top of the cylinder head is prone to corrosion and also if not removed at the specified Valve Clearance intervals (Every 24,000) miles can also sieze so bad that it is impossible to remove without distorting it. It will then fail to seal properly and will need replacing.
